State of Arizona VRS MSP Program
About the Program
The State of Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES) has selected Knowledge Services as its Managed Service Provider (MSP) for Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) under contract ADES18-211306 and contract CTR075483. Knowledge Services MSP will specifically partner with the Division of Aging and Adult Services (DAAS) for Psychological Services.
Under this contract, the Knowledge Services MSP Program for Vocational Rehabilitation Services will be referred to as AZVRS.
Program Documents
With the roll-out of the new MSP Program, DAAS has updated the supporting documentation for Psychological Services. These forms will be completed by the Vendor and submitted for your review for each APS Case.
