State of Arizona VRS MSP Program
About the Program
The State of Arizona Division of Employment and Rehabilitation Services (DERS), Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) has selected Knowledge Services as its Managed Service Provider (MSP) for Vocational Rehab (VR) under contract CTR075483. Knowledge Services MSP will specifically partner with RSA for Trial Work Experience (TWE).
Under this contract, the Knowledge Services MSP program for Vocational Rehab Services will be referred to as AZVRS. To participate as a Vendor, please complete the steps listed on this page, being careful to follow all corresponding instructions.
Program Documents
*Note: Vendors are required to have a signed copy of Exhibit C – Code of Conduct in the personnel file of all Personnel prior to being cleared to provide services under the AZVRS MSP Program. Please keep the signed copy in the personnel file to be available upon request by RSA or Knowledge Services.
